The Rabbit Farm at nearby Llanystumdwy is always a great hit with younger children, the excellent Lloyd George museum is also located nearby and there is a lovely family walk up the river past his grave. For the older children and teenagers there is a great activity centre just outside Llanystumdwy at Talhenbont Hall. Also great fun for the whole family is a visit to Glasfryn Parc, there are plenty of activities for everyone here, go-karting, quad biking or bowling.
